Unable to connect using the TowerVPN client

In this situation it is best to get the connection log and send it to our support team so we can take a look the reason.

On Windows, hold down the SHIFT key and click "Connect". If you're on Mac, go to Help > Connection log.

This will reveal the connection log. When your connection fails go to the log window and click "Copy to clipboard". Then go to our support page and paste the log and submit it to us.
